제목 Synthesis, Characterization, and Solar Cell Applications of a Pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyrrole-2,5-dione -Based Conjugated Polymer
초록 The DPP unit has a well-conjugated structure, which leads to strong π-π interaction, and the lacta part makes the DPP unit exhibit a high electron-withdrawing effect, and hence the DPP unit has high electron affinity. In our study, new conjugated novel materials containing electron donor-acceptor pairs for OPV device utilizing a new type of materials pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyrrole-2,5-dione, are reported to show good solubility at room temperature in organic solvents. So the new type of materials was poly(N-9-heptadecanyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-1,4-bis(4-butylphenyl)-3,6-bis{5-[4-(diphenylamino)phenyl]-2-thienyl}pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyrrole-2,5-dione) (PCDTPPDB). The cell based on PCDTPPDB/PC71BM as the active layer has a short circuit current density (Jsc) of 5.31 mA/cm2, an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.71 V, and a fill factor (FF) of 35 %. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) is 1.33 %.
