Influence of Nitrogen on Carbon Dioxide Adsorption Behaviors of Activated Carbon Fiber |

In this study, nitrogen-doped activated carbon fiber (ACF) was prepared by urea treatment. These materials were investigated as sorbents for CO2 capture. The structural properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The feature and morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The textural properties were analyzed by N2/77K adsorption. The CO2 adsorption behaviors were evaluated using pressure swing analysis. From the results, it was found that the carbon dioxide adsorption capacity was enhanced with increasing of specific surface area of ACF. |
