Analysis of Butirosin Biosyntheic Gene Cluster in Bacillus circulans |
| 초록 |
Butirosin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, is produced by bacillus circulans. Its special feature is the Amino hydroxy butyric acid (AHBA) side chain which acts as a protecting group the attack of the enzyme aminoglycoside phosphotransferase produce by resistance bacteria. Recently, the key gene cluster of butirosin biosynthesis has been identified. However, it ‘s not enough to conclude this clearly pathway. We reported that expended gene cluster of butirosin biosynthesis by sequence analysis of B.circulans genomic library. Also, Expended sequence suggest more details AHBA pathway. |
