| 제목 | ITO-Ag thin film prepared by spray deposition of aerosol droplets |
| 초록 | ITO thin films have been most widely used as a transparent electrode in opto-electronics devices, including liquid crystal displays, flat panel display, and solar cells, because of their high transparent and electrical conductivity. In this study, to increase the electrical conductivity, silver which has the lowest resistance of transparent conductors was added to the ITO. ITO thin films have been prepared by various deposition techniques such as vacuum evaporation, dip coating, sputtering, sol-gel, and so on. In thin study, ITO-Ag thin films are prepared by spray deposition method on the glass. |
