Organic Transistors and Organic Photovoltaic Solar Cells using Preformed Semiconductor Nanowires |
| 초록 |
Recently organic semiconductor nanowires have been attracting much attention because of their excellent optical and electrical properties. Here, we have demonstrated that poly(3-hexylthiohene) (P3HT) nanowires could be fabricated in the solution by controlling the solubility of solvent by using a marginal solvent or solvent mixture and these preformed P3HT nanowires could be utilized in organic transistors and photovoltaic solar cells. |
