제목 Fabrication of Semiconducting Chemically Reduced Graphene Oxide / Carboxymethyl Cellulose Assembly through Noncovalent Interaction
초록 Soluble chemically reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) assembly was fabricated through noncovalent approach. RGO/CMC assembly dispersion was optically clear and stable for several months. Field-effect transistor (FET) of RGO/CMC assembly (1:100) demonstrated that RGO plates are intrinsically hole-doped and ambipolar in field effect characteristics. It is regarded that transmission via percolation among RGO plates in the insulating CMC matrix is very effective in noncovalent approach which is promising for low-cost electronics due to simple preparation procedure.
