Synthesis and characterization of one-dimensional RuO2 based nanowires for electrochemical capacitors |
초록 |
We fabricated with RuO2 based composite nanowires by a electrospinning method and investigated the electrochemical properties for electrochemical capacitors. The structure and chemical properties of the electrodes was carried out by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy, and High-resolution transmission electron microscopy together with energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry demonstrated that RuO2 based nanowires with optimum conditions shows the good electrochemical capacitance, the excellent high-rate performance, and the excellent retention of capacity compared to the single RuO2 nanowires. Based on the XRD, XPS, TEM, EDS, SEM, CVs results, characterization of the RuO2 based nanowires for electrochemical capaicots will be discussed in conference. |
