The core/shell type structure of crosslinked poly(glycidyl metharylate-co-divinylbenzene) (GMA-co-DVB) microspheres composed of various concentrations of DVB using the precipitation polymerization was verified by means of swelling test, TGA, TEM, XPS, NMR, FT-IR, and hardness test. DVB is used as a crosslinker. The evidence of the core-shell type of particles with a highly crosslinked DVB rich-phase in the core part and slightly crosslinked GMA rich-phase in the shell part was confirmed using. |
