Synthesis of nanopartical by encapsulation of flavor molecules into layered double hydroxides for controlled release of flavor |
초록 |
In order to control the drug release velocity, sinapic acid, isoferulic acid and ceffeic acid were intercalated into Zn2Al layered double hydroxides (Zn2-Al-LDHs) under a fixed reaction condition. And the molecule release of the drug depending on time was tested by UV spectrum. The quantity of the drug intercalated into the LDHs was measured by elementary analysis. The structure of the nanoparticals was confirmed by XRD and FT-IR. Then the UV Transmission of the LDHs and the LDHs with drug intercalated were compared. Finally, the release velocitystructure relationship was discussed. |
