제목 Engineering III-V Alloy and Core/Shell Quantum Dots for the Near-Infrared
초록 Quantum dots with a core/shell structure consisting of InAsxP1-x/InP/ZnSe and InP/(CdSe, ZnSe, GaAs), and alloyed structure of InAsxSb1-x were developed. The NIR-emitting core/shell/shell InAsxP1-x/InP/ZnSe were successfully used in a sentinel lymph node mapping experiment. Type-Ι, type-II, and pseudo type-II core-shell QDs with InP core were developed using in situ slow addition of ZnSe, CdSe and GaAs shells. Alloy QDs composed of InAsxSb1-x, which show tunable emission from 770 to 870 nm were also developed. They are quite monodisperse crystalline of 2.5-3.5 nm and are of a zinc blend structure.
