In this study, hydrophilic particles having core/shell structure were prepared for encapsulating the hydrophilic materials. These particles was composed of the pH dependence materials, which were Poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc, core) and Poly(vinyl amine) (PVAm, shell). The core/shell structure was conformed through scanning electron microscope (SEM) and confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM). In addition, swelling/deswelling behavior of the particles and loading/releasing profiles of the water-soluble dye was investigated against the external medium pH using optical microscope (OM) and UV-vis spectra (UV), respectively. |
