Preparation of stable metal oxides/titanium electrode in overpotential by dip-coating method |
초록 |
The electrochemical method for generation ozone and sodium hypochlorite to use water treatment and semiconductor washing has attracted a great ideal of attention recently because of the ease of control and increased efficiency provided by the use of new electrode for overpotential use. But existing DSA electrodes can't use in overpotential because it has a low potential window. So, we have prepared to metal oxides/titanium electrodes by dip-coating method. The properties of prepared electrodes were investigated using TGA, XRD, XPS, SEM to compare physical characterization of electrode and potential window by CV to observe electrochemical characterization. For the result of potential window showed over 2.5V higher than existing DSA electrode(1.5V). |
