제목 Solution-Processable Graphene-Silver Nanowire Hybrids as Transparent Conducting Films
초록 We prepared reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-silver nanowire (AgNW) hybrid films with low density, highly dispersed AgNWs below the percolation threshold via spin coating of AgNW solution. The sheet resistances of the RGO films were significantly reduced by introducing AgNWs with a negligible loss of their optical transmittance. The RGO-AgNW hybrid film after thermal annealing showed low sheet resistance on the order of 102 ohm/sq at a transmittance of 80%.
