The preparation and characterization of polymeric doublet microspheres for paper-like display |
초록 |
Polymeric doublet microspheres having two different colors (white and black) were prepared by the seeded polymerization and carbonization. The crosslinking density of seed particles and swelling ratio of second monomer were controlled to achieve the symmetrical structure of doublet particles during swelling process. This process was monitored utilizing an optical microscope (OM) and morphology of particles was confirmed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). And then their feasibility as a core material in a paper-like display was investigated. |
