Preparation of poly(vinyl amine)/polyelectrolytes hollow particles to control the release properties of the water-soluble materials |
초록 |
Polyvinyl amine (PVAm)/polyelectrolytes hollow particles were prepared by using layer-by-layer (LbL) method to encapsulate the anionic hydrophilic materials efficiently and their release properties and loading behavior with the charge interaction were investigated. Negatively charged poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) and positively charged poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) were deposited alternately on the surface of PVAm hollow particles through the LbL assembly. After deposition, the zeta-potential values were measured to confirm LbL assembly being done successfully. The loading efficiency and release characteristics of Chromotrope 2R (CR, model dye) incorporated into the hollow particles in each deposition step were measured by using UV-vis spectra. |
