Interpenetrating Polymer Networks(IPN) of thermoplastic poly urethane/acrylate systems for UV radiation coating |
초록 |
Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) of thermoplastic polyurethane/acrylate systems were studied to investigate the kinetics of photopolymerization reactions and mechanical properties using DMA and Real Time FTIR, As thermoplastic polyurethane content increase, the polymerization rate increased in the early stage of cure reaction. It was shown that an autocatalytic model can describe this reaction in a satisfying way. Blends containing polyurethane up to 30phr have single glass transition temperature indicate that they are miscible. Micro phase separation has been observed at a certain content of thermoplastic polyurethane in the blend. The amount of remaining monomers in the blends after cure reaction was estimated by TGA. |
