제목 Thermorheological Behavior of Polypropylene Varying the Number of Extrusion Time
초록 Rheological properties of polypropylene (PP) varying the number of extrusion were studied by advanced rheometric expansion system (ARES). In the study of the rheology around the melting point of PP, the storage modulus (G’) and loss modulus (G”) were decreased as increasing the number of extrusion time. From the relaxation spectrum studies, the extruded 2 times PP shows another relaxation mode corresponding the gelation caused by shear induced crystallization. The difference of relaxation exponents between the storage modulus (G’) and loss modulus (G”) was increased as increasing the number of extrusion time. According to the gelation equation of Winter and Chambon, the relaxation exponents results was consistent with the relaxation spectrum results. From the results rheology, relaxation spectrum and gelation behavior, it is suggested that the extrusion effect of PP is sensitively shown in the rheology around the melting point of PP.
