Light harvesting enhancement in dye-sensitized solar cells using titanium oxide reflecting layer |
| 초록 |
Dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) were fabricated using additional porous nano crystalline titanium oxide reflecting layer to improve light harvesting properties. Because of high reflectance and scattering characters of the nano crystalline titanium oxide, photocurrent conversion efficiency (η) and short circuit current density (Jsc) of DSSCs were improved more than those of DSSCs without additional nano crystalline titanium oxide reflecting layer. We also had investigated the properties of DSSCs by difference of crystalline titanium oxide position and formation process. |
