제목 Development of memory device using bio-inspired binding system
초록 Newmemory devices having capacitor structure based on biologicalor chemical bindingsystems are introduced and discussed.Recently, the bio-inspired systems for the fabrication of memory device have been occasionally reported. In this study, to have monolayered nanoparticle charging elements, amide bondingor streptavidin-biotin binding systems are adopted. More versatile methods of bio-inspired binding are designed and proposed. The development of the capacitance-typememory devicecan be extended into a newdevice to sense specific biomolecules, such as proteins and nucleotides.
