제목 Stable Colloidal Suspension of Reduced Graphene Oxide by Monovalent Cation-pi Interaction
초록 In this work, we produced stable colloidal suspension of high quality reduced graphene oxide(rGO) in various solvents by introduced of monovalent cation-pi interaction. The electrostatic interaction between monovalent cation and basal plane of rGO were obtained during preparation of graphene oxide(GO) suspension. The FT-IR, NMR, and Raman spectra were strongly demonstrated the interaction between sp2 and cation. Furthermore, I-V characteristics confirmed the n-type doping by the electrostatic interaction.
