제목 Fabrication of PbTiO3 Nanodot Array Using Diblock Copolymer Self-assembly
초록 PbTiO3(PTO) nanodots were arranged on MgO/Pt(001) substrate from block copolymer micelles loaded with PTO precursors. PTO precursor in 2-methoxy ethanol solution was added to polystyrene-b-poly(4-vinyl pyridine) copolymer in 2-methoxy ethanol solution. Interaction between PTO precursor and P4VP block was confirmed by FT-IR. After the addition of two solution, PTO precusors were encapsulated by block copolymer micelle. PTO-loaded micelle solution was spin-coated on the substrate, and block copolymers were removed by thermal treatment, generating PTO nanodot array. This array was annealed at 650~700°C to induce epitaxial growth. The crystal structure of PTO was investigated by XRD. Nanodot size distribution was varied by changing the molecular weight of P(S-b-4VP). The size effect of PZT nanodots on ferroelectricity was investigated by PFM.
