제목 TEPA impregnated activated carbon fiber adsorbent   for low concentration carbon dioxide adsorption
초록 To increase the content of nitrogen containing functional groups favorable for carbon dioxide, TEPA solution (TEPA and EtOH at a weight ratio of 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2wt%) was used for the fibrous adsorbents made by electrospinning. Polymer precursor was prepared with PAN/DMF (the mass ratio of PAN: DMF =1:9). Stabilization and activation steps were followed to complete fibrous adsorbents. Characterization of prepared adsorbents by XPS confirmed the presence of useful alkali functionalities, and textural analysis by BET proved the improved surface area and pore structure. Consequently the newly prepared fibrous adsorbents showed highly selective CO2 adsorption capcities.
