제목 Selectively decorated nanoparticle arrays using block copolymer blend as a template
초록 Block copolymer films have been studied for template of organic-inorganic hybrid materials in few years because they can provide various kinds of microdomains that one determined by volume fraction. In this case, inorganic materials selectively complex with one of the blocks in the form of precursors or synthesized nanoparticles(NPs). There was recently an attempt to incorporating two different kinds of NPs. In two kinds of NP system, we would expect the various kinds of advanced materials from electronic devices to sensors. For this purpose, we mixed two kinds of diblock copolymers, PS-b-PEO and PS-b-PVP in this work. Block copolymer films were generated by spin-coating and their thickness was controlled by spinning speed and solution concentration. Long range lateral ordering of cylindrical microdomains were found after solvent annealing. Using proper precursors, organic-inorganic hybrid films were successfully incorporated, and their structure was examined by AFM, TEM and GISAXS.
