Au coated 3-dimensional nanoporous titania layers using polystyrene-b-poly(2-vinylpyridine) block copolymer nanoparticles |
초록 |
In the last decade, considerable effort has been focused on easy fabrication and various application of porous inorganic materials. The porous inorganic materials were obtained from colloidal array as a template. 3-dimensional(3D) template was prepared with polystyrene-b-poly(2-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P2VP) block copolymer nanoparticles less than 100nm size. The polymer nanoparticels of core-shell type were well-ordered 3-dimensionally by vertical deposition method on whole substrate without any defects. The polar solvents were added to the polymer solution to prevent merging nanoparticles each other at 40℃ as considering interaction between polymer nanoparticles and solvent. Also, 3D arrays with thiol-capped Au nanoparticles coated PS-b-P2VP nanoparticels contributed for fabrication of 3D porous Au-titania materials. Therefore, Au coated 3D porous titania layers were fabricated from removing this template. |
