Fundamental studies for mechanism of interlayer in tandem organic solar cells based on solution process |
초록 |
In this work, we realized all solution-processed organic/inorganic hybrid solar cells by introducing solution processible interconnecting layers. Conventional approach on interconnecting layers has a critical problem that the tandem cells has reduced short circuit current (Jsc) even below single cell despite the improved open circuit voltage (Voc). Therefore, our group investigated the working mechanism of the various interconnecting layers in the tandem solar cells and then tried to design the interconnecting layers which can improve both the Voc and the Jsc compared with conventional tandem organic solar cells. |
