Power conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell(DSC) is determined by several parameters such as short-circuit current density(Jsc) and open circuit voltage(Voc) and they are closely affected by surface state of nanocrystalline TiO2. Despite the fact that Jsc and Voc are not changed separately, several reports often explained in terms of resulting pheonomena. To investigate the effect of change in surface state of TiO2, we employed several organic molecule such as 4-guanidinobutyric acid, 4-phenylphophonic acid, and stearic acid as co-adsorbents. Each organic molecule has their unique effect on photovoltaic performance and we compared their effect as well as deconvoluted several parameters to determine the performance. |
