제목 | Demineralized bone matrix (DBM) and Tri-Calcium Phosphate (TCP) loaded Novel ECM Hydrogels for Bone Regeneration |
초록 | Demineralized bone matrix (DBM) is widely used for bone regeneration due to its osteoconductivity. DBM contains growth factors, non-collagenous proteins and type-1 collagen. DBM can provide structural support and biochemical advantages to cells for effective tissue remodeling. Current clinical delivery of DBM particles for apply of bone defects requires incorporation of the particles within a carrier liquid. In this study is to evaluate the effect of DBM hydrogel derived from porcine cancellous bone loaded with DBM particles and tri-calcium phosphate powder (TCP) in bone regeneration. Thermo-sensitive DBM hydrogels combined with DBM particles and TCP powder possessed porous morphology with a suitable injectability. Moreover, we discuss the mechanical properties, PH, degradation behavior, in-vitro biocompatibility as well as bone regeneration capacity by the detailed in-vivo study using DBM Hydrogel, DBM Hydrogel/DBM particles and DBM Hydrogel/DBM particles/TCP powder. |
