제목 Preparation and Poly(lactide-co-ε-caprolactone)/gelatin Blend Nanofibrous Membranes Grafted with N-isopropylacrylamide Using γ-ray Irradiation
초록 The electrospun nanofiber with poly(lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) (PLCL) and gelatin was surface-modified by covalent bonding of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm). The pre-weighed various composition of NF membranes were grafted by the NIPAAm solution (5, 10, 15, 20 wt%) which involved morh’s salt (0.01M) as an inhibitor of NIPAAm homopolymerization by Co 60 γ-ray. The grafted membranes were investigated grafting yield and temperature-responsive swelling behaviors and analyzed by SEM, FTIR, DSC.
