제목 Tunable Magnetic Properties of Fe3O4 Nanoparticles Assembled by a Langmuir-Blodgett Technique
초록 We investigated the effect of dipolar interactions between iron oxide nanoparticles on magnetic properties. The mono-dispersed nanoparticle was modified with amphiphilic diblock copolymer, poly(styrene)-b-poly(acrylic acid) (PAA-b-PS), thereby laterally controlling the distance between nanoparticles by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) deposition. Multilayer assemblies of nanoparticles have been also prepared with polymer thin films to control the interlayer distance between nanoparticles. Neutron reflectivity was used to measure multilayer structures, where results show that the interdistance of particles is an important key parameter to control the magnetic properties by diplolar interaction changes.
