Synthesis and Properties of Poly(naphthodithiophene) Derivative for Organic Thin Film Transistors (OTFTs) |
초록 |
In this work, a new p-type polymer for organic thin film transistor was synthesized by the Stille coupling reaction. The monomers were prepared with highly overall yields and the obtained polymer by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UVabsorption, photoluminescence(PL), and cyclicvoltammetry(CV). The thermal property of this material was confirmed by using the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The newly designed copolymer was expected to have high mobility because expended π-stacking and alkoxy chain can give high charge density, π-stacking, and orderness. |
