제목 Preparation of SERS-active Gold-Silver Alloy Nanoparticles Assembled on Silica Substrate with Controlled Nanojunction
초록 Gold-silver alloy nanoparticle- assembled silica nanoparticle (SiO2@Au@Ag NP) was prepared via growth of silver onto gold seeds. Nanojunction between silver nanoparticles on the surface can be tuned by simply adjust AgNO3 concentration in synthesis process. Depending on the width of junction, Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-activities of SiO2@Au@Ag NP was changed. According to the SERS analysis of ATP, SiO2@Au@Ag NP exhibited limit of detection of 2.4 nM. And its signal reproducibility was also proved.
