제목 | Preparation of nanosized SnO2 powders by precipitation |
초록 | Tin dioxide (SnO2) is an important semiconducting material which has been widely used in an extensive range of applications such as catalysts, gas sensors, heat mirrors, varistors, transparent electrodes for solar cells, glass melting electrodes and optoelectronic devices. The tin dioxide has been synthesized by various synthesis methods such as direct strike precipitation, two-step solid state synthesis, microemulsion, sol-gel, spray pyrolysis, gel combustion technique, hydrothermal synthesis. The objectives of this study were to investigate the processing parameter effects on particle characteristics and to understand the particle formation during the synthesis of tin dioxide powders by precipitation method using SnCl4 solutions. |
