제목 Stretchable Organic Semiconductor Using Blends of Organic Semiconductor and Elastomeric Polymer
초록 Recently, stretchable electronics has got to be an important field of modern electronics. Despite many advances, there are few significant reports of intrinsically stretchable semiconductors. Here, we introduce an intrinsically stretchable organic semiconductor for organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). We achieved the stretchable active material by blending of the orgnanic semiconductor and elastomer. The strain-effects of the only active layers were studied by measuring electrical performance of bottom-contact TFT devices with elongated active layers. As a result, blends had no significant degradation of carrier mobility when it is stretched up to 100%, compared to the non-blended semiconductor.
