The Ulchin-like palladium nanoparticles on CVD graphene were fabricated using chemical vapor deposition and electrodeposition method. The population of palladium nanoparticles can be controlled using the various concentration of 1, 5-diaminonaphthalene (DAN) as functionalization solution. These ulchin-like palladium nanoparticles on CVD graphene was applied to the hydrogen gas sensor at room temperature. The minimum detectable level (MDL) was as low as 0.1 ppm, which is higher than that is a chemical sensor based on hybrid materials. Furthermore, the flexibility was the other advantage due to the CVD graphene transferred on PEN film. |
