제목 | Computer simulation of 2MWe circulating fluidized bed boiler using IEA-CFBC model |
초록 | Designed to describe the overall performance of a CFB(circulating fluidized bed) combustor, IEA(International Energy Agency)-CFBC model consists of a sub-model such as fluidized dynamics, particle fragmentation and attrition, mass and energy balance, heterogeneous and homogeneous gas chemical reactions, and heat transfer. In this study, IEA-CFBC model was used to describe various performances that could occur in a 2MWe CFB combustor. Combustion characteristics and the effect of Ca/S ratio on desulfurization in the 2MWe CFB combustor were investigated by using 2 different kinds of coals [KPU, WH]. Also, the effect of pore size in limestone on the in situ desulfurization reaction was studied by using same computational simulation tool. |
