제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of new Polyfluorenes containing bulky siloxane |
초록 | The first novel polyfluorene copolymers containing bulky siloxane moieties were synthesized by Ni (0)-mediated Yamamoto copolymerization with very high yield. Characterization of the polymers including 1H and 13C NMR, and UV-vis spectroscopy, PL spectroscopy as well as Thermal Analysis and molecular weight was studied. These polymers exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents, good thermal stability, and facile film formation. Interestingly, after these polymers had been annealed at 150 ℃ for 5 h in air, their PL spectra showed no evidence of aggregation formation and excimers at wavelengths of >500 nm. These results show that new polyfluorenes containing bulky siloxane moieties exhibit thermally stable almost pure blue emission, making these polymers promising candidate materials for device applications. In this presentation, the performances of OLEDs consisting of these polymers will be discussed. |
