제목 Preparation of PEDOT:PSS Composites Films by Using Polar Solvent and Water-Soluble Polymers
초록 Recently, Conductive polymers have gained immense interest because of their potential use in low-cost, lightweight and flexible organic electronic devices. Especially, poly (3,4 ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT):polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) has many advantages of transparency, high conductivity, low surface roughness, and flexibility. In this work, We have attempted to make polyethylene oxide (PEO)/(PEDOT:PSS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/(PEDOT:PSS) hybrid films and the effect of solvent and blended polymer on electrical conductivity was investigated. The PEO or PVA blended PEDOT:PSS solutions were coated by bar-coating method. The PEDOT:PSS composites films were characterized by measuring electrical conductivity, AFM, Raman spectroscopy, and UV-VIS-NIR.
