Organic semiconductors belong to one of the most promising functional material groups for multitude applications, since they provide an ideal platform for the studies of the intrinsic properties. To produce the crystalline structures of organic semiconductors has been highly demanded for numerous devices and promising application. Herein we demonstrated that the fabrication of the single crystalline organic semiconducting nanostructures with the capability of controlling crystal structure using crystallizable solvents. This method could be compatible with a variety of organic semiconductors and provide a tool for crystal growth engineering with epitaxial growth. In this presentation, we will demonstrate that organic crystal structures including rubrene, Alq3, P3HT and Poly DPP derivatives could be controlled by choosing appropriate crystallizable solvents. |
