To improve the refractive index of optical films, resin were preparated containing fluorene compound. Urethane acrylate oligomer was obtained by reactions of diisocyanate with bisphenoxyethanolfluorene and various polyols, dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst and then hydroxyalkylacrylate. Urethane resin were formulated from synthesized oligomer, reactive monomer as diluents, photoinitiator. The chemical structure of urethane acrylate oligomer and Urethane resin were characterized FT-IR and molecular weights were determined using GPC of urethane acrylate oligomer. Also, we evaluated the pencil hardness, the refractive index and optical transmittances of cured films. |
