제목 Vapor pressures and vapor-liquid equilibria for the pure components and the binary mixture of exo- and endo- tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene
초록 The exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene (exo-THDCPD) is the major component of the high-energy-density rocket fuel referred to as JP-10. The endo isomer (endo-THDCPD), which is the precursor of the exo isomer, is also present as a minor component. Despite their importance, very little thermochemical information on the pure tricyclic isomers and their mixture is available in the chemical literature. In this work, vapor pressure data of exo- and endo-THDCPD were measured by using recirculating still at the pressure range 20-1013 mbar. And the isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data for the binary mixture of exo-THDCPD + endo-THDCPD were measured by using recirculating still at 1013 mbar.
