PVDF-Trfe composite with PMMA coated CNT |

Block copolymer of 3-hexylthiophene and methyl methacrylate (P3HT-b-PMMA) was synthesized by MMA copolymerization from P3HT macroinitiator using ATRP, where the P3HT macroinitator was prepared by GRIM, followed by end functionalization for ATRP. Obtained block copolymer was then blended with CNT to prepare PMMA coated CNT, where the P3HT wrapped CNT through π-π stacking. This PMMA coated CNT was then examined a compatibility with PVDF matrix. |
