제목 Synthesis and characterization of Urease immobilized-Fe3O4 complexes (Fe3O4@SiO2/HPTS-NH2=Urease)
초록 Iron oxide (Fe3O4) are synthesized and coated with tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and 8-Hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt (HPTS). Synthesized Fe3O4 complexes (Fe3O4@SiO2/HPTS) were functionalized with 3-(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) and were immobilized with Urease. The properties of the Urease immobilized-Fe3O4 complexes (Fe3O4@SiO2/HPTS-NH2=Urease) were investigated. Urease immobilized-Fe3O4 complexes have considerable magnetism, fluorescent properties, long-term stability and high enzymatic activity. They can be used for applications in biological areas such as biomedicine, drug delivery and magnetic resonance imaging.
