Fabrication of different sizied stamp tips for Nanolithography |

A nano-porous polyoxazoline-coated silicon tip was constructed by ring opening polymerization of 2-methyl-2-oxazoline on the tip surface by a simple solution polymerization method. One can use this sponge-like tip to generate nanoarrays of large molecular biomolecules in combination with the DPN technique with a high speed at ambient conditions by a physical stamping manner. Note that the size of the patterned dot does not change because of the physical contact of materials. In this work, we present how one can fabricate different sized stamp tips by controlling polymerization conditions. Patterning of nanoarrays of virus molecules will also be demonstrated. |
