제목 Highly flexible Ag nanowire low sheet resistance for transparent heater with welded junctions
초록 Transparent heater have been widely used vehicle windows, apartment windows, anti-fogging windshields, and wearable heater due to its low sheet resistance high optical transparency. ITO film has been generally used as a transparent heater in the industry. The universal ITO electrodes have problem brittleness and growing cost limit its utility for flexible transparent heater. Silver nanowire have recently attracted substantial interest as a transparent conducting material due to their transparency, low resistivity, and high flexibility. However, some materials problem must be resolved such as removing insulation materials PVP that wrapped around the Ag-NWs for improving Ag-NWs conductivity. To solve the problems, in our study, we investigate low temperature and highly rapid roll to roll process for flexible transparent heater. We expect the highly fast and low temperature Ag-NWs welding method be able to make the high conductivity and transparent flexible transparent heater.
