The body is aged by lipid peroxide oxidised with active oxygen. Bio-antioxidant prevents damaging and ageing our body from the active oxygen. A sort of bio-antioxidants is epicatechin, bisphenol A, ascorbic acid and so on. In this study, we selected the optimum solvent that can solvate well each bio-antioxidant by calculating the solubility of various antioxidant for each solvent. The solubility parameters of bio-antioxidant are correlated with van-Krevelen group model, then the solubility of bio-antioxidant for each solvent was calculated by interaction relationship between each solubility parameter of bio-antioxidant and selected solvent. |
