제목 Electrochemical characteristics of polypyrrole coated Al2O3 fibers electrode
초록 Polypyrrole (PPy) coated aluminium oxide (Al2O3) fiber electrode was prepared by chemical polymerization for supercapacitor applications. The porous structure of Al2O3 fibers is useful for a supercapacitor containing high surface area electrode, which improves the performance of capacitor. The optimal conditions for preparation of PPy-Al2O3 fibers electrode were examined as function of pyrrole-concentration, kind of oxidant, and polymerization time. The morphology and formation of PPy-Al2O3 fibers electrode were confirmed by FT-IR, EDAX, and SEM. The capacitance of the fiber electrode was investigated by cyclic voltametry and galvanostatic charge /discharge test.
