Flexible Substrate with Nanoholes Gold Array as SERS Active Surface |
| 초록 |
We deposited gold on substrates prepared by selective patterning of anodic aluminum-oxide (AAO) mask. We have successfully fabricated nanohole patterns on flexible substrates. Their surface was functionalized by DNA and subsequent addition of complementary Cy5-DNA exhibited surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) as anticipated. This great improvement of DNA detection on patterned surfaces is a potential candidate for sensing applications. |
