Anodic aluminium oxide(AAO) formed by anodizing technique has various physical and chemical properties for a variety applied fields, especially applied for low cost, anti-corrosion, high durability. For that reasons, AAO has been attracted great attention. In this study, aluminium plate, 0.2mm thickness and 99.999% purity, has been anodized according to after treatment to control size of pore about 30nm with simple method. For the 2nd process of anodizing has been discussed, we tread proper condition for the mass production to widening a new scale porous oxide thin film. |
