제목 | NH2-MIL-101 Growth on TiO2-coated Polymer Fabrics for Reusable Photocatalytic Materials |
초록 | Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have many potential applications due to their porous crystal structures. Some of them have photocatalytic properties, especially amino-functionalized MIL-101(Fe), which has a small bandgap that allows it to be activated under visible light. Unfortunately, the excellent properties of MOFs in powder form cannot be used effectively in practical applications. This problem can be overcome by growing MOFs onto fabrics with nanofiber structures. In addition, the introduction of the TiO2 layer by atomic layer deposition(ALD) can enhance the growth and adhesion of MOFs to fabrics. Herein, polyethylene, polystyrene, and cellulose fabrics were coated with TiO2 layer by ALD. Then, NH2-MIL-101 was synthesized on TiO2-coated textile by solvothermal method. Photocatalytic materials with large surface areas were obtained by uniformly growing MOFs on the fabrics. We confirmed that they exhibit good photocatalytic properties and can be reused several times. |
