Realizing of stretchability for conjugated polymers has been research hotspots for organic electronics. Incorporation of rigid conjugated semiconductors into rubbery elastomers is an effective method to achieve stretchability for semiconductors. Here, we fabricate bottom gate/top contact all polymer-based stretchable organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) through solution and printing engineering, including poly(styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) (SBS), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonates (PEDOT:PSSs), poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) and poly(5,8-di[3-octyldodecanthiopen-5-yl]dithieno[3’,2’:3,4:2”,3”:5,6]benzo-[1,2-c][1,2,5]-thiadiazole-alt-2,2’-bithiophene) (pDTfBT-4T) as thermoplastic elastomers, conducting, insulating and semiconducting polymers, respectively. Stain-dependent changes in electrical properties were measured and structural changes under an applied strain were characterized. |
